Insurance Delay In Claim Payment For My SsangYong




I hold a comprehensive insurance policy (No. 1134302125) with Anadolu Sigorta for my 2023 SsangYong vehicle. After an accident that occurred on July 24, 2025, I filed a claim, but it has been nearly three months, and I still have not received my compensation payment. Throughout this period, I have contacted customer service multiple times, yet no solution has been provided, and I was told that all responsibility lies with the agency firm. I am awaiting a payment of ₺1,460,000. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I request that my grievance be resolved promptly by processing the payment, speeding up the procedure, and providing an explanation and an apology for the delay. I expect an urgent response and resolution regarding this matter.
