Hay Day suddenly locked my account without warning, how can I recover access?

Make sure your game is linked to your Supercell ID before you can get back in. If so, launch Hay Day, go to the Supercell ID login, and type in the email address you registered with.

To reinstate your account, enter the verification code that will be provided to that email. ​

You must get in touch with Supercell Support directly if your account isn't connected to a Supercell ID or if you can't access the registered email.

Launch Hay Day, select Settings > Help and Support > Contact Us, and enter your account details, including your level, player tag, farm name, and any recent in-game purchases.

If your old email address is no longer active, make sure you choose one that you can access right now.
