Can't Access My Old Hay Day Account Linked to Facebook

I can no longer access my old Hay Day account, which was linked to Facebook. I originally created this account in 2014, and I have no idea what level it had reached, but I put a lot of time and effort into it.

I don’t remember all the account details, but I was able to retrieve my in-game user ID from Facebook: 2640232595988578. I need urgent assistance in recovering my account and linking it back to my game.

Hay Day support, please help me restore my old account! I spent years playing, and it’s incredibly frustrating to lose access. I expect a solution as soon as possible!
