I am absolutely furious with Hay Day! I'm an old player who had to take a break from the game for a while. I recently reinstalled it, only to find that they've removed Facebook login and switched entirely to Supercell ID!
Now, they're demanding my username, level, and neighborhood name to recover my account. I don't remember those details, so I provided my Facebook user ID. But they're refusing to give me my account back! This is completely unacceptable. I've invested so much time and effort into my farm, and now it's all lost because of your forced login change.
Supercell, you need to restore my Hay Day account! My Facebook ID should be sufficient proof of ownership. Fix this broken account recovery process and return my old farm to me now!
