I discovered the ban around 17 April, when I tried to log in and saw the message that the account was permanently banned, although I had not been playing at that moment and had not done anything unusual inside the game. I kindly request that you review my account in detail and check the ban decision, because I am sure I did not engage in any prohibited activities or misuse the game. I respectfully ask you to lift the permanent ban on my Hay Day account and restore my access, or at least provide a clear explanation with evidence if there is any specific reason for this ban.
The permanent ban on my account was a mistake, and I requested that this decision be reviewed and the ban removed. However, I have not yet received any response to my complaint, and my account is still inaccessible.
