Lost Access to My Level 60 Hay Day Account—Started Over at Level 1

I was actively playing my level 60 Hay Day account when suddenly, I was automatically logged out, and upon logging back in, I was started from level 1. I've put in so much effort into my account, and it's disheartening to lose all my progress without warning. I truly enjoy playing Hay Day, and experiencing this issue has been really upsetting.

I urgently need assistance to regain access to my original account and restore my progress. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible, so I can continue enjoying the game without losing all the time and effort I've invested.
