Hay Day Recovery Code Problem Locked Me Out of My Level 120 Account

I am an active Hay Day player on an Android Vivo Y21D device, and I sign in using my Gmail account. My farm is named “Unyu unyu Farm” and has reached level 120. About two months ago, before I changed my phone at the beginning of May, I could still access and play this farm normally. After switching to the new phone, I can no longer log into this level 120 account. For about the last two weeks, my level 120 Hay Day account has effectively been locked because I cannot enter or use the recovery code. I have difficulty with the recovery code process and cannot find a way to regain access to my main farm “Unyu unyu Farm” even though I am still using the same Gmail address as before. I contacted Hay Day support through the in‑game support channel related to the recovery code, but until now no solution has been provided and my level 120 account remains inaccessible. I have invested a lot of time and effort to build this farm and I do not want to lose this progress just because of a recovery code problem after changing devices. I kindly request that my recovery code for the Hay Day account linked to my Gmail and my “Unyu unyu Farm” be reset, so that I can log in again on my Android Vivo Y21D device and continue playing from level 120. I would appreciate it if this issue could be checked and resolved as soon as possible.
