Supercell Account and Games Stolen - Support Unresponsive Despite Proof Provided
All my Supercell accounts and linked games, including Hay Day, have been stolen. I reached out to Supercell support through the in-game help in Hay Day and provided evidence, including receipts of my in-game purchases, photos of my farm, account recovery emails, and all relevant information. Despite this, Supercell has done nothing to help recover my account.
I even contacted support from my daughter’s farm, but they closed her account too. Despite having clear proof of my purchases, devices used, and account details, I have been treated unfairly and have lost 10 years of progress and investment in the game. I am deeply disappointed with Supercell's handling of this situation and request immediate assistance in recovering my account and games.
