On May 5, 2025, my game was stolen, and I can’t recover my Hay Day account. Since I can’t remember the email address I registered with, I’m unable to initiate the account recovery process from within the game. I contacted support via email, but they said they couldn’t help that way and instructed me to reach out through the game instead. However, when I enter the in-game account recovery section, the chat closes automatically. How am I supposed to get my game back? I’m filing a complaint against Hay Day and its team for providing no support in this matter. The person who stole my account has already joined another neighborhood and is actively participating in the derby.
