Unfair Ban on Hay Day After 10 Years of Playing - Requesting Lift of Ban
I have been an active player for over 10 years. About 3-4 months ago, I received a device ban on my account without any reason or evidence provided. My tag is PUQJR9RO, level 307, player name: 🍀n**🍀. From what my friends told me, bans were applied to players using PCs. But I’ve been playing on PC for years—if it was against the rules, why wasn’t this enforced earlier? I only found out that playing on PC is prohibited in Hay Day after being banned. Had I known, I would have never done it. I also play Clash of Clans on PC without any issues, and both games are by Supercell. Why is this rule different?
I’ve invested significantly in the game both financially and emotionally, purchasing countless decorations and farm passes. What happens to all my efforts and money? Are they just wasted?
I’ve reached out to support multiple times, but they keep responding with “you can still play this way,” and close the conversation, leaving me feeling like I’m playing alone in the sandbox. This feels like a joke.
Yes, I played on PC, but what wrong did I do? While others use bots and cheats without consequences, I am punished for just playing fairly. Where is the justice in that? If I’ve done something wrong by playing on PC, show me the proof. I played on PC because using my phone or iPad at work is challenging and could risk my job. I used PC to quickly complete derby tasks to secure the top spot.
I've been a long-time member of ÜÜ*'s neighborhood and have always played fairly. We’ve put in years of hard work and money to compete at the highest levels. Is this how it ends?
I sincerely request your support in lifting my device ban.
