Lost Access to My Hay Day Farm Account – Supercell ID Refusal to Restore My Game

I’ve been playing Hay Day since 2020, always logging in through Facebook. However, since Supercell introduced the Supercell ID login, they no longer support Facebook login access. Now I am locked out of my account, unable to retrieve my farm and years of progress despite reaching out multiple times and providing all the necessary information. Supercell’s support is inconsistent—they either say they’ve found my account or haven’t. After four years of dedicated gameplay, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated to see all my hard work lost with no clear solution offered. I want immediate assistance to recover my original account and continue playing. This lack of support is unacceptable.
