Unable to Access 10-Year Hay Day Account – All Recovery Attempts Blocked

I’ve been playing Hay Day for nearly 10 years, but now I can’t access my account. All communication channels with Hay Day support seem blocked. When I try to enter my email, it says “not found,” and when I input the tag found via a friend’s account, it also says “not found.”

I’m requesting urgent assistance to recover my account. Years of progress are tied to this account, and I hope Hay Day can provide a solution to restore my access.
