I have been trying to recover my Hay Day account, which I used to access via Facebook, but I can’t get it back due to the new system update. I provided all the correct details, including my level, neighborhood, and phone number, but the system keeps rejecting my answers.

I even entered the code sent to me, but it didn’t work. I made in-app purchases and invested time in the game, so this is extremely frustrating. Your automated response system isn’t helpful and keeps giving irrelevant replies.

Please resolve this issue urgently and restore my account. I’ve done everything correctly from my side, and it’s disappointing to be stuck like this. I look forward to immediate assistance.
