I Wait Hours for Havaist Buses on the Bursa to Sabiha Gökçen Route
Since Havaist started operating on the Bursa – Sabiha Gökçen route, we have been experiencing both unfair price increases and serious delays on all services from Sabiha Gökçen to Bursa. Previously, when BBBus was running on this route, we did not encounter such problems. After long and tiring flights, we are forced to wait at the airport for 2–3 hours for the bus to depart, which is an unacceptable situation for passengers who are already exhausted. These delays make the journey unnecessarily long and turn the process into a real ordeal. As passengers using the Bursa – Sabiha Gökçen route, we request that BBBus services be reinstated on this line and that the current unfair situation with Havaist in terms of both pricing and waiting times be reviewed and resolved.
Hello Mr. Emre, First of all, thank you for sharing your comments and feedback with us. We would like to express our regret for the negative experiences you have had with our Bursa – Sabiha Gökçen Airport route. All feedback from our passengers is carefully evaluated by the relevant departments in order to improve our service quality. When reviewing our trips from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Bursa, we have services at 01:50, followed by 04:05, 05:15 and 05:50, and thereafter regular trips are operated at approximately 30‑minute intervals throughout the day. However, especially during peak travel periods, public holidays, festive seasons, and extraordinary situations caused by Istanbul traffic, delays in trip times may occur. Our ticket prices are determined by taking into account operating costs, fuel expenses, personnel costs, bridge and highway tolls, as well as increases in operational expenses. Our pricing is regularly reviewed within the framework of applicable legislation and cost factors. Your comments and requests have been shared with the relevant departments and will be taken into account as part of the assessments aimed at improving service quality. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a good day. Sincerely,
