I bought the Haier 11 kg dryer from Media Markt about a month ago (December 26, 2023) because it was highly recommended in the campaign. Unfortunately, I could only use it for drying once. Following that, my laundry consistently emerged damp whenever I used the machine. Feeling frustrated with my search for a suitable program, I reached out to the authorized service for assistance with my new dryer. The technicians identified a problem with the machine and assured that they would inform the factory about it. It's been a week, and I still haven't received a response.

The brand responded in writing and also called to inform me that my dryer would be replaced, but as of today, February 17, 2024, there has been no progress. I have not yet been able to use the product for which I paid the third installment this month.

"After my conversation with Haier customer service, another technical service came to check the product and informed me that the metal rods, which are installed to keep the drum stable during transportation, were not completely removed and this is why the drum is having difficulty spinning. I am also attaching photos of the metal rods that were left in place. In case of any future issues, I asked the new technician to note this in his report. Therefore, if I encounter any problems related to this in the future, I will never accept it as user error or anything similar. Other than that, there doesn't seem to be any issues at the moment."
