Skycop Customer Service Unreachable During Compensation Process
On March 12, 2025, we applied for a refund through Skycop for a flight canceled by AJet. It has been nearly three months, and there has been no update or explanation. We are constantly being told to wait, and reaching customer service is practically impossible.
It is unacceptable that there has been no communication for such a long time. We are simply requesting what we are entitled to, yet the entire process lacks transparency.
This is a warning: Don’t waste your time applying through Skycop. It is more effective to contact the airline directly. We will be pursuing the necessary legal action. We do not accept this dismissive and delaying approach.
