Passenger Rejects Skycop Involvement in Pegasus Claim
On October 25, 2025, I was unable to board my Pegasus Airlines flight from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Çukurova Airport due to overbooking, and as a result, I was unable to fly for an entire day. My PNR number is 1DPXZP. During this process, I contacted a website called Skycop and shared my flight details. Skycop informed me that they had initiated a compensation claim on my behalf and that if compensation were awarded, they would take their commission and forward the remaining amount to me. However, I no longer wish to proceed with Skycop and want the compensation process to be entirely under my own control.
I request that Pegasus customer service communicate only with me regarding the compensation claim and related procedures, and that no third parties (such as Skycop) be involved in the process. I want all rights and applications related to this claim to remain solely under my name, and I request that the compensation process be handled directly with me.
