Skycop Communication Complaint After Flight Diversion Claim
I submitted a compensation claim through Skycop for my August 10 flight departing from Şanlıurfa, arriving at Sabiha Gökçen, and diverted to Istanbul Airport. During the initial application process, they responded quickly until they collected my information. However, after I submitted additional details for my claim reference number 8aa9189a, I received no further response.
Despite attempting to contact them via WhatsApp and email, I have not been provided with any information.
I am requesting that my claim be canceled and that my personal information not be used in any way. If compensation is collected on my behalf without my consent, I consider that unlawful and will pursue legal action if necessary.
