Skycop Delays Flight Cancellation Compensation for 3 Months

My two flight tickets dated February 20, 2025, were canceled, and I submitted a compensation claim through Skycop. However, the company has neither provided any updates nor made any payment. Normally, this process is finalized within 15 days, but because I used this company as an intermediary, it has still not been resolved after three months. Either the case has been finalized and they are withholding the payment, or they keep saying they are still waiting for a response from the airline.
