Haier Washing Machine App Not Working, Customer Service Doesn’t Respond

I purchased a Haier HW-120 washing machine from Media Markt, and for the past two weeks, I’ve been unable to connect the machine to Wi-Fi.

To fix the issue, I’ve reset my modem, reinstalled the Haier app, and even unplugged and reconnected the machine, but nothing has worked. I contacted Haier customer service twice by phone and once through WhatsApp support. Each time, I was told that the Wi-Fi support team would call me back, but I never received a response, nor was I referred to an authorized service center.

My washing machine is still under warranty, and I purchased it through Media Markt (Invoice/Order No: 5536****71). I request that this problem be resolved immediately, and if the issue cannot be fixed, I demand a product replacement.

"The brand responded in writing and also called to inform me that my dryer would be replaced, but as of today, February 17, 2024, there has been no progress. I have not yet been able to use the product for which I paid the third installment this month."
