I bought a Haier dishwasher from Media Markt on January 4, 2024. It arrived on January 8, and installation was completed the following day. However, when I attempted to use the equipment, it did not operate. I notified the installation team, and they arrived the next day, offering to repair it, but they never did. On January 13, I contacted Media Markt, and they forwarded me to Haier customer support. Haier customer care, in turn, advised me to contact the authorized service, but they were unable to identify the problem. After much back and forth between Media Markt, Haier, and the authorized service, a complaint was eventually filed with Haier customer care, who informed me that a replacement will be sent by the end of January. However, as of February, there is still no clear date for the product's arrival. They will not accept a return or issue a refund, leaving us with a faulty equipment. We've been handwashing dishes for almost a month now. I've never been handled so poorly as a consumer. I intend to submit a complaint against both Media Markt and Haier.
