H&M Still Hasn’t Shipped My March 21 Order and I Can’t Cancel or Get a Refund

I placed an order with H&M on March 21 for a holiday outfit for my baby, but as of today, it still shows as “being prepared”. The worst part is that since the status says “packaged,” the system won’t even let me cancel or request a refund.

When I placed the order, the estimated delivery time was 2–4 days—that’s why I trusted H&M for such an important purchase. But the delivery window was quietly changed, and I’ve now been left waiting with no communication, no tracking, and no way to fix the issue. The holiday is almost here, and I’ve been completely let down.

I no longer trust H&M for online shopping and won’t be placing another order. I demand that H&M ship my order immediately or refund my money (₺) without making me chase customer service endlessly. A baby’s holiday outfit should not become a source of frustration.
