H&M Payment Error, Multiple Charges But No Order

I tried to place an order with H&M on March 14, 2025. But when I got to the payment step, something went wrong and my payment was turned down. Even though the transaction didn't go through, my bank account was charged four times, which was a surprise to me. I looked in the "My Orders" section, but there is no record of any order and no items have been sent. The items I wanted to buy are still in my shopping cart, but the money has already been taken out of my account. This is a very frustrating situation, and I need the transaction to be canceled and my money back as soon as possible. H&M needs to take care of this payment problem right away and offer a solution. I tried to connect to customer service in Instagram but no answer.
