I Ordered During H&M’s Sale But Still Haven’t Received My Product After 20 Days
I placed an order on July 5th during H&M’s sale, expecting to receive my product within a reasonable time. However, it has now been 20 days and the item still hasn’t shipped. The order status continues to show “in preparation,” which is completely unacceptable at this point.
I contacted H&M customer service, and they told me the product was either damaged during shipping or lost altogether. Because of that, they claim they will issue a refund instead of sending a replacement. The part that doesn’t make sense is that the exact same product is still listed as in-stock on their website. So why can’t they just send me a new one instead of refunding my money?
It feels like these sales are just a way to get people to place orders with no intention of fulfilling them. I feel misled and disappointed. If the product is truly available, I want what I ordered—not just a refund. H&M should be transparent and take responsibility for shipping delays instead of brushing customers off. I expect them to resolve this quickly and deliver the item I purchased.
