H&M Home Order Returned Without Prior Notice, Why?

I placed an order with H&M Home, and surprisingly, the Hepsi Jet courier service consistently attempted to return my order without any prior notification. This is highly frustrating, as I did not authorize any returns. Moreover, the order was initially dispatched by H&M Home to Hepsi Jet courier, as per the message received on my phone. Discovering that Hepsi Jet subsequently initiated a return without my knowledge two days later through H&M Home customer service has left me discontent. I strongly urge H&M Home to reconsider their association with Hepsi Jet courier and rectify this issue promptly.
