Yesterday, I made a purchase from H&M, but my order does not appear on my account, even though the payment was taken from my bank. I cannot access my account, and I received no order confirmation or order number. Despite this, my money was withdrawn, and I am left without any updates on my purchase.

I am requesting an immediate refund for the amount charged, as there is no record of my order. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I demand clarification on whether my order will be processed or how long it will take for the refund to be issued. Please resolve this issue promptly and provide proper communication about the status of my payment.
