H&M Fails to Process Refund or Return for Items Sent to Main Warehouse
I returned clothing items purchased from H&M, but the courier mistakenly sent the package to H&M's main warehouse instea...d of the correct location. The package was delivered to their warehouse on October 2, yet H&M has not processed my refund. I requested either a refund or the items to be sent back
