On December 1, 2025, I placed an order for a children’s clothing item after logging in to my account on H&M’s official website. My payment of $39 was charged to my bank card, but I couldn’t see any information in the system showing that the order was received or confirmed, and I didn’t receive any confirmation email or message.
The information on the site stated that in such situations, the payment would be refunded to the bank within 10 business days at the latest. However, as of today, 16 days have passed and no refund has been reflected in my account, and it’s unclear where my money is. Since I don’t have an order number, I only have my transaction receipt, and I can’t track the process because I haven’t been able to reach customer service.
I request a clear explanation regarding the status of the $39 I paid and that the amount charged to my bank account be refunded to me.
(On the same day, after seeing the message about the refund being processed, I placed another order, and that order was delivered without any problems. I ended up placing two orders on the same day — only one arrived, and the other is not visible.)
