H&M Order Placed, Money Taken But No Confirmation
On 17 December, I placed an online order on the H&M website in France. The payment of €59.99 was successfully taken from my account, and I have a bank transaction reference of #3239840455 for this purchase. However, no order was created on my H&M account and there is no order visible on H&M’s side at all. Although the amount has been debited, H&M customer service informed me that they could not do anything about this situation, which leaves me without either my products or my money, and without any clear explanation of what went wrong. I request that H&M urgently locate this payment and either create and process the corresponding order as initially intended, or, if this is not possible, issue a full and prompt refund of €59.99, along with a written explanation of how my payment was taken without any order being registered.
