H&M Payment Error, Multiple Charges but No Order Confirmation or Refund


On September 22, 2024, I placed an order for a cardigan on H&M’s website. Although the payment was successfully deducted from my account, the order did not appear in my order history. When I contacted customer service, they told me they couldn’t help because they couldn’t see the order in their system. After researching online, I found that other customers have experienced similar issues, with some reporting refunds only after a month. It has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. This delay and lack of resolution are incredibly frustrating. I urgently request a refund of my payment and prompt attention to this recurring issue.
