No Return Process is Available for Defective Guess Watch




I ordered a Guess watch on August 7th from the Guess EU Online site with great anticipation, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite underwhelming. After receiving the watch, I willingly paid ₺916 in customs duty to PTT Kargo. However, after wearing the watch, I quickly noticed that it began to fog up on the inside, which clearly indicated a significant defect. I find it quite frustrating that I have previously owned two Guess watches without experiencing any issues. I was eager to return the faulty product, but unfortunately, I encountered some difficulties when I attempted to initiate the return on the website. Surprisingly, the option to return was not available, and I was unable to obtain a return shipping code. I kindly request a full refund, including the customs duty. If this matter is not resolved by Monday, August 26th, 2024, I may need to escalate it to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I had higher expectations for Guess and I'm quite disappointed with the lack of assistance in resolving this matter.
