On February 14, 2024, I purchased an item with order number 4005443647. After wearing it only once, it started to come apart at the seams. I sent the product back via UPS Turkey under warranty. They received it, approved my return, and sent the following response:
"Your product with code K100707-002 and order number 4005443647 has been reviewed by our quality department based on your complaint. The department has approved the return. Our internet department has processed the refund through the system, and your bank will credit the amount back to your card."
This email was sent on May 9, 2024, but I have yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, where I was assured that the refund would be processed within 10 business days, I still haven't received my money.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded my trust in the brand.
