Samsonite Post Bag Strap Wore Out Quickly, No Proper Resolution Provided



On August 17, 2024, I purchased a Samsonite post bag, but the strap showed significant wear after only a short period of use. I returned it to the store on November 10, 2024, requesting an inspection. However, the store claimed it was due to "user error" and told me to collect the bag a month later.
On December 5, 2024, I received the bag back without any proper explanation or report. It is extremely disappointing that such a well-known brand refuses to stand behind its products, especially for an issue arising so quickly.
Do you handle customer complaints in Europe the same way? I expect a resolution. If necessary, I will escalate this complaint to Samsonite’s European headquarters.
