Misleading Return Policy at Guess Online
Guess Online's return policy has made me very unhappy. Despite their website's claims of a 30-day free return policy, I have yet to be able to return or receive a refund after two months. I've called customer service every day, and they keep promising to process my return within two days, but they keep stalling and delaying. Customer service representatives are also dismissive and rude, telling me that I cannot return my item and offering no solution. I regret buying this brand and strongly advise others to avoid it. Dealing with a company that is not transparent about their policies and does not value their customers is upsetting. I will file a lawsuit unless they fix the problem soon.
