Dyson Refund Delayed and My Calls and Inquiries Are Ignored

I've been consistently misled and waited on when it comes to my refund for weeks now. Every time I ask where my refund is, get a different excuse, which makes the process even longer. Being given empty promises over and over again and having my problem put off indefinitely is so frustrating. I've shown proof that I sent the item back (delivery photos and confirmation of receipt), the refund process is still stuck. it's going on for two weeks now, no progress or resolution. haven't been able to get in touch with any Dyson representative who can give me a clear answer or take responsibility for my problem. Surely I'm completely ignored and left to deal with this frustrating situation by myself.
