Guess Wallet Peeling After One Month — Refund Denied

I purchased a Guess brand women’s wallet (Kiviteks and Docca Collection) on November 3, 2025, through Trendyol. About one month after purchasing the product, peeling began to appear on the surface of the wallet. Experiencing this kind of damage in such a short time left me very dissatisfied with the product.

Due to this issue, I returned the wallet for a refund or inspection. However, the product was sent back to me without any action being taken and without any solution provided regarding my complaint. I believe I have been treated unfairly both in terms of product quality and in the way my return was handled.

For this reason, I am requesting either a replacement of the wallet or a full refund of the purchase price. I chose this brand because it showed a one-year warranty, but given the quality issues, I seriously question whether the product is authentic, as this situation damages the brand’s reputation.
