Shein Refund Of 1,906 TL Still Not Received After Returned Order
On June 7, 2025, I ordered a modest swimsuit (tesettür haşema) from Shein. However, due to an address issue, the order could not be delivered and was returned. Despite the return being confirmed, my refund of ₺1,906.43 has still not been processed. My order number is GSO1CC30C00051Q. The order was placed from Konya, and the delivery address was also in Konya.
I am aware that the return process is supposed to be guaranteed, yet no refund has been issued to my account even though the product was sent back. I have repeatedly tried to contact Shein customer service by phone, but I have not received any response.
I request that my refund be deposited into my account without further delay. Customers should not be left waiting this long for their money after returning an order.
