I purchased two different products from two sellers (Guess and Pull & Bear) through Trendyol but had to return them after they arrived. When the return was processed, a Trendyol Express employee mistakenly sent the Guess shoes (worth ₺3300) to Pull & Bear and the Pull & Bear overalls (worth ₺1590) to Guess, causing an incorrect return. On September 24, Trendyol informed me that my return request would be canceled due to the wrong products being sent, and the items would be returned to me. Guess returned the overalls, but Pull & Bear did not send back the Guess shoes. A week later, I still had the overalls, but Trendyol refunded me for them while the shoes remain missing.

Despite opening three support requests with Trendyol, they haven’t resolved the issue. They’ve been telling me for 2-3 weeks that they are working on it, but nothing has changed. This situation has left me feeling misled by both Trendyol and Pull & Bear.
