On the Grundig 9634 dryer I bought about 5 months ago from Trabzon Aksu AVM for ₺25,000 (10 in-store installments), I’ve had the same issues since day one: the machine is extremely noisy and takes a very long time to dry, sometimes 7–8 hours and the clothes still aren’t fully dry. I’ve tried all programs, load the laundry according to the manual by type and weight, and I clean the filter and water tank after every cycle. I called authorized service twice (most recent service slip no: 499877995, today), but the team said without even checking the machine that this is “normal” and that the factory says drying can take up to 13 hours, then left without any action. This is not acceptable for performance and noise. I request a proper diagnosis and repair, and product replacement if necessary, with a thorough review to resolve my grievance.
