Persistent Noise Issues With My Grundig Washing Machine After Service

I called the authorized service on 07.02.2025 because my Grundig GWM 91435 washing machine was leaking water from the bottom of the detergent drawer. The service team said there was a hole in the internal hose of the detergent compartment and, due to rust forming underneath, they would need to take it to the workshop and replace the outer body. Since the machine was returned from the service, it has been making excessive noise during the spin cycle, just as shown in the video. They first said it was the shock absorbers, but replacing them didn’t fix it. Then they said the springs were loose, took the machine again, and the issue persisted. Most recently, they claimed a part on the top was broken and replaced it as well, yet the problem is still not resolved. In short, my properly functioning machine was taken to the workshop and returned in worse condition. I demand that the machine be replaced with a brand-new one as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

Hello, today the regional representative contacted me about the problem with my machine and informed me that since I have been using the machine since 2023, they are rejecting my request for a replacement and that only a boiler replacement can be done. Is it the regional representative who makes this decision? What kind of nonsense is this? I am not responsible for a problem that was not resolved despite being taken to the workshop three times. I am not sending my machine to the service. I will resolve this issue with the Consumer Arbitration Board.

Despite the ongoing malfunction in my washing machine, the Üsküdar regional authority does not approve my request for a replacement because I have been using the product since 2023. They claim the issue is due to usage. I insist that the problem did not occur while I was using it, but after it was taken to and returned from the workshop. However, they only approve a drum replacement. The same malfunction has occurred three times. In this case, I have the right to request a replacement. They have never offered a solution. Arçelik will never even be my last choice again. They broke my working machine and left it. I will resolve the issue with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
