Grundig Doesn't Offer Replacing The Fridge That Can't Be Fixed
my Grundig fridge has been acting up and not keeping things cool for like six months now. Even after replacing the motor, the problem still exists. They gave us a temporary fridge instead of a permanent fix. the company can't seem to figure out how to fix this problem. I'm asking for a replacement for my product, but it seems like no one's listening, they should be the ones offering that not me....it's a fridge you guys, not a piece of cutlery. They don't seem to care about how I'm feeling. my fridge keeps giving me trouble and the company won't just give me a new one - they wanna fix it up instead, which is not possible as it seems. It's so frustrating when the service visits end up causing more damage. I gotta sue them, they didn't leave me any other option. That sucks that they didn't come up with any other option besides suing.
