Grundig TV Corners Are Darkening

I bought an Arcelik Grundig TV, but I noticed that the corners of the screen were getting darker. Over time, the dark spots got bigger. I called Arcelik's service because it was still under warranty. The service team agreed that the device had a problem, but they said that there were no problems with their system. Another service team from a different district came and found that the TV's panels were broken. But they closed the complaint without coming to the scheduled meeting. This has been very frustrating, and I want to find a way out of it. I would like to get my money back or a new TV.
