I purchased an 11 kg Samsung washing machine about a year ago from a store in Bağcılar, Istanbul. Even though the product is still under warranty, the machine has been making extremely loud noise during both the washing and spinning cycles since the day I bought it. Because of this, I had to call Samsung authorized service many times. However, despite multiple service visits and interventions, the issue has never been permanently resolved, and the machine continues to make disturbing levels of noise.
I can’t even remember the exact number of service visits because I had to request support so many times throughout this process. Since I have been dealing with this issue from day one, I now want my grievance to be resolved properly. I am requesting either a product replacement or a full refund.
Additionally, the drum and bearings were replaced, but the problem still wasn’t fixed.
I kindly request that this ongoing problem be resolved as soon as possible.
