Arçelik 9100 PM 9 kg Washing Machine Shaking Severely
I purchased an Arçelik 9100 PM 9 kg washing machine on August 20, 2023, which has been making noise and shaking since the first day, constantly extending the washing cycle. Two months after purchase, I called the authorized service, and the technician claimed there was no issue with the machine. Since then, I have continued to use it. Recently, the same technician returned and identified faults with the machine's electrical load balancer and drum springs. The authorized service insists on repairing it, but I am requesting a refund or exchange for another model instead. I kindly request resolution of my grievances.

Arçelik got back to me regarding the issue. They do not accept returns or exchanges. I definitely do not recommend buying white goods from Arçelik. Other brands stand behind the products they sell.
