Grundig GPDF 6842 Washing Machine Loud Noise Issue

On 07.03.2025 I purchased a Grundig washing machine with model number GPDF 6842. From the very first day, the machine has been operating with an extremely loud noise, to the point where it is almost impossible to use it at home. When we run the machine in the evening, neither we nor our neighbors above and below can sleep because of the noise, and everyone around is disturbed. At the beginning I contacted the service about this issue. However, I was told that if they did not detect any fault with the machine during the visit, an additional service fee would be charged. Because of this, I could not benefit from the service comfortably, even though the product is under warranty and the noise problem has existed since day one. I request that my Grundig GPDF 6842 washing machine be either replaced free of charge or repaired under warranty without any service fee, and that this chronic loud noise problem, which has negatively affected both my household and my neighbors, be resolved as soon as possible.
