Electrolux Dryer EW8H3966IB Makes Unusual Noise - I Want Warranty Repair
For the past 15 days, I have been experiencing an unusual noise problem with my Electrolux EW8H3966IB model 9 kg capacity dryer every time I use it. I have never operated the machine fully loaded; while I have used all the programs, I mostly prefer the Mixed XL and Cotton programs, and the issue occurs in all of them. After the problem appeared, I contacted the Electrolux technical service in Antalya, but they claimed it might be due to overloading and therefore not covered by the warranty. However, I always use the machine below its capacity and in accordance with the instructions. I purchased the product on 17.10.2022 from authorised store and I still have the invoice. I request that my machine be repaired free of charge under warranty, as I do not believe the issue is due to user error, and I ask for my grievance to be resolved.

Hello, Electrolux representative. You said that the authorized service would contact me, but they sent a message via WhatsApp and deleted it within about 20-30 seconds before I could read it. As far as I could read, they stated that the supply time for the relevant part is 10 weeks and quoted a very high price for the part. A supply time of 10 weeks is not acceptable anywhere in the world or for any brand. I will not have the product repaired, and I am scrapping my brand new 2.5-year-old machine. From now on, I will never let this brand into my home again.
