I tried to cancel my Cidde–Istanbul flight, which I had booked through GoToGate.com (Order No: 1052-971-112). However, the process turned into a nightmare. GoToGate told me to contact the airline directly, while the airline insisted that any cancellation had to go through the agency.
I called both parties multiple times—at least five times each—yet neither side took responsibility. Instead, they kept blaming each other and came up with excuses just to avoid processing my cancellation. As a result, I’ve been left completely stuck and unable to cancel a flight I no longer intend to use.
What’s worse is that no one offered any real solution. It feels like they are deliberately trying to wear customers down until they give up. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from both GoToGate and the airline.
I urgently demand a resolution to my case. My ticket must be canceled properly, and any eligible refund should be issued immediately. I trusted GoToGate with my booking, but this experience has made me seriously question the company’s reliability. I expect prompt and responsible customer service—nothing less.
