Gotogate Refuses Refund After Ticket Cancellation Request

I purchased flight tickets through Gotogate for March 18 and March 20, 2026, with reservation number 1113-308-170, paying a total of $969. When I later tried to cancel my reservations, the company stated that no refund would be issued and completely blocked the process.

Since March 17, I have contacted customer service თითქმის every day, but I was continuously stalled, given no clear information, and ultimately told that no refund would be provided. Not only was no reasonable solution offered, but the company has shown an indifferent approach from the beginning, causing significant inconvenience.

I request a full refund of the $969 I paid. I also ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear, written explanation regarding this process.
