I had a booking with Air Arabia on flight G9692 on 15 April, from Entebbe to Sharjah and then from Sharjah to Athens. This flight was cancelled, and I was unable to travel as planned. Due to this cancellation, I would like Air Arabia to rebook my ticket on an alternative flight on the same route so that I can complete my journey. I have tried to reach Air Arabia customer service regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far, which has left me without clear information or a solution. I purchased the ticket through Gotogate and paid by bank transfer, and I am kindly requesting that Air Arabia assist in rebooking my journey from Entebbe to Sharjah and from Sharjah to Athens as soon as possible.
