Gotogate Refund Of My Air Ticket Pending More Then 13 Days

I purchased Air India return tickets through Gotogate for three passengers, for travel from Riyadh to Goa and back, with the planned journey between 14 March and 27 March. The Riyadh–Mumbai segment of our trip was disrupted and the airline cancelled the flight, so we were unable to travel at all. Since it was the airline that cancelled the flight, I requested a refund for the full ticket amount for all three passengers. It has now been 13 days, but I have not received any update, clear information, or correspondence from Gotogate or Air India about the status of this refund. During this period I contacted customer service many times and raised cases, but I still do not have a resolution or even a proper status update. I request that the full amount paid for the tickets for three passengers be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible, since the cancellation was made by the airline and we could not use the tickets at all. I also expect a clear written confirmation of the refund and an explanation for the delay and lack of communication.
